Family Of Man Trampled by Shoppers Sue Wal-Mart

The family of a worker trampled to death in a 'Black Friday' crush of bargain hunters at a NY Wal-Mart filed a wrongful-death lawsuit, claiming store ads offering discounts 'created an atmosphere of competition' leading to 'crowd craze.'
