It's out with the old, in with the new for Playboy extraordinaire Hugh Hefner. The 82-year-old mogul, who recently spilt from 28-year-old Holly Madison, proudly showed off his two potential new girlfriends, 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon.
